CORFOU (Greece)

Still on the water!

 Corfou is wellknown with all the colors and small streets...

These above pics are the regular ones we always see! But there is one another very nice visit to do: the Achilleion, the house of Elisabeth (called Sissi) the imperatrice of Austria and queen of Hungary. Near Corfou in a little town called Gatouri were the villa Achillion is. Elisabeth visited her villa twice a year before she was assassinated. Why Achillion? Because Elisabeth loved Achille the heros of the Antik Greece. This palace is bright, full of a glorious past...
